    At ConnectED, we strive to provide excellent service and value to our members. However, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your membership. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling your membership at ConnectED.

    1. Membership Cancellation

    • Notice of Cancellation: To cancel your membership, you must provide written notice to ConnectED at least 30 days before your next billing cycle. This notice can be submitted via email to info@connectedsantarosa.com.

    • Effective Date of Cancellation: Your membership will be canceled at the end of the current billing cycle following the receipt of your cancellation notice. You will continue to have access to all membership benefits until the end of the current billing cycle.

    • Refunds: ConnectED does not provide refunds for any partial months of membership or for membership fees that have already been billed prior to the cancellation notice. All fees paid are non-refundable.

    2. Special Circumstances

    • Medical or Personal Emergencies: In the event of a medical or personal emergency that prevents you from using your membership, please contact us directly to discuss your situation. We may offer options such as pausing your membership or other accommodations at our discretion.

    • Changes to Services: If ConnectED makes significant changes to the services provided under your membership that negatively affect your experience, you may be eligible for a prorated refund. Please contact us within 30 days of such changes to request a review of your membership.

    3. Termination by ConnectED

    ConnectED reserves the right to terminate your membership at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of our terms of service, non-payment of fees, or inappropriate behavior. If ConnectED terminates your membership, you will receive a prorated refund for the remaining days of your current billing cycle.

    4. Membership Reactivation

    If you wish to reactivate your membership after cancellation, you may do so by contacting ConnectED. Reactivation of your membership will be subject to availability and the current membership rates at the time of reactivation.

This discount applies to all our Passes, ensuring that all eligible family members can benefit from our tech literacy, gaming, and community programs.
